Finding your Lott of Land to the Southward of
Wentworth Hill materially necessary for the accommodation of the
People of Colour settling in this Township, as it lies in the front of the
escheated lands intended for them, and knowing the assurance given
you that in the event of your relinquishing it to them, you should be
fully compensated in the other Land granted you free of expense, I have
Laid it out in Lotts and only wait for your aprobation to locate a
number of them, upon it, and am
