Halifax 11th July 1817

Received from Mr Richard Inglis the sum of Eighty pounds and one pence half penny currency being in full for three hundred and seventy six and a half Bushels of seed potatoes for the use of the Refugee Negroes at 4/3 pr Bushel having signed three receipts to serve as one.
