I do hereby certify that three thousand four hundred fifty nine rations have been received, and ifsued, to the refugee negroes ^ in health at Melville Island, as stated in the aforegoing abstract, comformably to contract, except the article spruce beer for which a deduction has been made from the contractor's accounts for order his excellency Sir M Sherbrooke G. O. B (infouncil)
