pleasure that Doctor Robb should enter into a Contract, and whether he should supply all the Articles the same as the former Contractor.
I have also to report that the state of the Negroes cloathing and Bedding may make it necessary as the inclement Season approaches, that they should receive some Supply of those articles. If His Excellency should think proper to order it, I shall be happy to obey any Instructions he may be please to give therein.
