I also agree to victual the Sick, Negro's at Melville Island, & upon Full, Half, [illegible] & [illegible] Draft agreably to the established rules of the army, as already adopted at the Negro Hospital & for the supply of [Pine?], Portes, [Sago?] & [aneu?] Root, Barley Water, Meat for Poultices & such other [comports?] for them in extreme sickness as may be directed by the Surgeon Also to pay such Nurses as may be required, provided an Hospital [illegible] & an adequate number of Men be supplied as heretofore & to be at the expence of Washing the Hospital Linnen & Clothing & to find [illegible] Pans, Tin Cans, spoons, Chamber pots, spitting [illegible] & all other utensils used in Hospitals & be at every expence except finding fuel & bedding for the sum of one shilling and seven pence half penny 1/7 1/2 Sterling
