Sir/
I have the honor to transmit to your Excellency the Reports from the different ships of the names, ages and occupations of the Black people who were brought to this Port in them, agreeable to the request contained in your letter of the 24th ultima; and I beg leave to acquaint your Excellency that they have been ordered to attend at the Office of the Provincial Secretary [?] and [?].
