Know all men by these presents that we John Siddele of Halifax in the bountiful Halifax and Province of Nova Scotia esquire and Samuel Butler of same place merchant administrators to all and singular the goods rights chattels and credits which were of Robert O'Brien late of sameplace gentleman deceased for and in consideration of an after cause and promise made to him the said Robert O'Brien by his Excellency Sir John Sherbrooke [illegible] Lieutenant Govenor of Nova Scotia that hundred acres of the Forest or Wild Lands in this Province should be granted to him [illegible] granted and conveyed and released and confirmed unto our Sovereign Land.
