We are of opinion, the within consequence for the Location and settlement of the Refugee Negroes therein named being concluded upon at their own Desire, and to their Control; is a sufficient justification to His Excellency The Lieut Governor, to cause to be issued to them respectively, six months provisions in the first instance; and to continue to you to them Quarterly, the allowance authorised by Government for their supports to each family, so long as they continue to occupy and improve the respective lock of land herein conveyed to them.
