This Indenture made the twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen between Rufus Fairbanks of Halifax in the County of Halifax in the Province of Nova Scotia Esquire of the one part and John Lynch, Henry Brown, Charles
