Dear Sir
It is some time Since, that I reced a letter from you concerning a matter which gives you great Anxiety -- I did not answer it because I did not know to whom to trust the Answer--
I have this morning written to you a letter containing the Determination of the Council yesterday -- which entirely acquits you of all & everything &tc & -- this letter you will receive by the same Opportunity--
In respect of the [?] prosecuted by the Attorneys, it is long & [throughs?] reflection[s?] on S. S. Blowers -- the Council [Resolves? Resolving? Resolved?] that it is undeserving Notice--
The Whole of the proceedings in Council will be publish'd in [Henry's?] Paper and as I have already written to you, will be transmitted altogether-- I have been preparing the Copies already -- We have been Unanimous in our Opinion The very best Wishes of this family attend you and Mrs Deschamps.
R. Bulkeley
Much Malignity has been Established by the late Election but we must calmly justly & resolutely
