The Almon family fonds includes correspondence, ledgers, a scrapbook started by the Hon. William Johnston Almon and continued by his granddaughter Susanna W.A. Almon, and a file of loose recipes. Most recipes are hand written but a number were clipped from newspapers. One clipping is dated Truth, 28 November 1889, and a hand written "Receipt Book" is dated 26 September 1877.
