Henry ''Judy'' Inglis (1836-1906) who became a member of the Halifax Police Force in 1873
Captain Dwyer says (January 1960) that this is possibly "Judy" Inglis, a former Halifax Policeman noted for his fearlessness. Always seen with a big white bulldog.
