Acadian Cemeteries

Pile of wooden crosses (without names) removed from the section where one did not know the names of people buried. (see: An Island Parish (published in 1995) p.30 : "A group of symbolic white wooden crosses represent headstones for those who are buried in unmarked graves." ). Father JJ MacDonald told me they were removed since they were not marking any specific graves.
