Each head of a Family one Coat Waistcoat and Pantaloons
2 pr. shoes 2 pr stockings
one Double Blanket to Families when there are at least three children-
one Single Blanket to those under and to each Single Man -
2 pairs Shoes to each wife & 2 pr. stockings -
upper and under Leather - NB their are 15 Shoemaker or Cobler
from the Nr of applicants & means of accommodation 200 Families will be Settled on their Lands.
It is therefore proposed that the following articles be suppled and distributed under the immediate inspection of Mr Morris is the proportion and manner suggested by His Excellency the Governor Mr Morris, giving Acct's for the same and faithfully to acc't for the distribution.
6 Bales of Blankets - 25 pr. double Blankets in each Bale

600 pair to stock'g
600 pair of shoes -- upper & soal leather -- 200 -- -- --
If possible - on acc't of the uncertain State of the Weather this advanced [sooner?] - get 2 months Provisions deposited at one time in advance.
