Report of Mr Rich'd Inglis, employed to ascertain the number of Black Refugees desirous of going to Trinidad.
Rec'd Aug't 20th 1821

With a lettter to the Secretary of the Treassury Communicating the Substance of this Report for their Lordships information; adding that had I found any number of the Black Refugees disposed to avail themselves of the offer made to them by Gov't that one of the Transports recently arrived with troops from England would have been employed to bring them to Trinidad.
