I have inspected the Sch. William owned by Rich. and Jer? Tremain,
and if entirely appropriated to the accommodation of the Negroes, their provisions and water, think her capable of carrying from Eighty to One Hundred persons. The Depot will be ready for their reception on the 27th of Dec. ? -
