Halifax 25th November 1818 I Richard Inglis do acknowledge to have received of His Excellency the Right Hon ble the Earl of Dalhousie G.C.B. a Warrant on the Commissariat at this Port for the Sum of One hundred and ninety four pounds two Shillings and seven pence Currency being the Amount of the Abstracts of Desbursements herewith for which I have Signed Triplicate Receipts of this tenor and date.

This Deponent Richard Inglis voluntarily maketh Oath that the whole of the carge in his accounts Amounting to One hundred and ninety four pounds two Shillings and seven pence Currency are just and true and that the Parties were paid for the Services therein stated and for no other purpose whatever. So help me God
