Supposing 1000 Blacks embark for Sierra Leone & that 600 of them are 16 years of age & upwards and 400 under sixteen, the following provisions will be necessary for a 12 weeks allowance, admitting that all under sixteen years have only half the allowance of grown Men and women.

120 Bushels Pease
22,400 tls Rice
22,400 tls Indian Meal

600 Gallons Vinegar
