The Memorial of Michael Wallace
Respectfully Sheweth

That the various accounts for expences incurrd in transporting the free Blacks from hence to Sierra Leone being now chiefly brought in and adjusted, your memorialist finds that the whole will amount to six thousand pounds at least and having engaged to settle with the public creditors for that service in the course of the present month.

Your memorialist therefor prays that your honor may be pleased to grant him a further sum of three thousand pounds Sterling, to enable him to fulfill his engagements and He will (con't)
