entitled to receive rations; and also to examine
and pay the accounts of such incidental expenses
as may be incurred in this service the Council
is of opinion that your Excellency should
accept of his assistance as occasion may require
and draw the Bills in his favour [illegible]
expenditures, after his accounts shall have
been audited and passed in Council as was
done, in the administration of Sir John C.
Sherbrooke -
All which is humbly submitted in
behalf of the Council by your Excellency
faithful and obedient Servant.
