I have the honor to acquaint you by desire of His Excellency the Commander of the Forces that Serjeant [Sargent] Edward Randal of the 1st Battn [Battalion] 62nd Regiment is appointed to take charge of the Stores at Melville Island, now under the care of Mr. Hodges.
