and Observations of them on this side the water, I dont consider them much different to those [illegible] there are many more complains in our country neighbourhood, of their becoming a heavy tax by their dying, than that of their stealing I have no doubt, but if government would allow a little assistance until the Spring opens, and imployment to be had that they will be enabled, when in health to make ample provision for themselves and families.
