Island, locating and furnishing with implements of husbandry etc etc two detachments of the said People of Colour, upon lands in the townships of Preston and Hammonds Plains amounting together to one thousand, three hundred twenty six pounds, one shilling and one penny currency as per [abstract?] accompanying the accounts, equal, at the present rate of exchange to one thousand, one hundred and fifty three pounds one shilling and eleven pence sterling, all which they find correct.
