The Committee of His Majesty's Council Appointed to examine and report upon Mr. Collector Jeffery's accounts for providing for the Refugee People of Colour during the Quarter ending the 26th January last; have had the same before them, and upon a due investigation thereof, do find regular vouchers for the expenditure of seven hundred and thirty one pounds eleven shillings and eight pence currency for "[illegible]", [incidental?] charges at Melville Island, and likewise regular vouchers for the expenditure of a further sum of five hundred and ninety four pounds nine shillings and five pence currency incurred in removing from Melville Island.
