Consiged to him,
So soon as any Slaves shall
be committed to his charge by any Decree
of this Vice Admiralty Court, the chief
officier of the customs is to take measures
immediately for receiving providing
for them, I am therefore to signify to
you His Majestys pleasure that you do
adjust with the said Chief Officer the
expense per head per diem
such slaves are to be maintained
and what allowance should be made for
necessaries and cloathing and contingencies
for each until they shall be inlisted and
apprenticed and the amount of the
expenses attending this measure, you are
hearing upon your approving the charges
to be made by the said chief officer to charge
[Mr. Gerricea?] fear less, above all other
charges. When each slave he shall [illegible]
and provide for as a termination for
his trouble therein
Your wile direct the Collector
Chief Officer of the Customs to bring in
the Account shall the Expenses attending the
