I the Subscriber one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in the County of Halifax do Certify that on the day of 1818 Mrs. Tidmarsh wife of Philip Tidmarsh personally came before me and being by me duly examined separate & apart from her Said Husband did acknowledge & declare that she has freely voluntarily & uncompelled by her said husband signed sealed & executed the foregoing deed & has therein & hereby remited released and relinquished all her right title & Interest in to and upon the said described lands and premittes to our said Lord the King his heirs & Successors forever ---
