or any part there of To Have and To Hold the said described land, above granted to him the said Thomas Williams, his heirs, and assigns forever to his and theirs only, proper use, benefit and behoof. And and the said Gaines Wilson for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, state covenant and grant, to and with the said Thomas Williams, his heirs and assigns in manner and form following that is to say, that the said James Wilson, now is true and lawful owner of the above [deserved] Land, hereby granted, and of every part and parcel, thereof, and is rightfully and lawfully signed thereof, of a good, pure absolute and indifeasable estate of inheritance in fee simple, without any manner of condition, limitation or in cumbrance whatsoever, and that he the said James Wilson has full right, and lawful proven and wuthority to grant, sell and convey the said Land in manner and form as the same are herein and hereby granted. And that he the said James Wilson and his heirs, the said hereby granted Land unto him the said Thomas Williams his heirs, and assignors, against him the said James Wilson, and his heirs, and against all and every other person or persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming the same, shal and will Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents. In Witness whereof the said James Wilson, hath henceto set his hand and Tear the day and year first above written
