I the Subseribes of of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Halifax Do certify that on this first day of May 1818 Mrs Mary Wallace wife of the Hon Michael Wallace personally came before me and being duly examined seperate and apart from her said Husband did acknowledge and declare that she had freely voluntarily and uncompelled by her said husband signed sealed and executed the foregoing Deed and had therein and thereby remised released and relinquished all her right title and interest in and upon the said described land and [premifses] [?] said Lord the King his heirs and [Succefsers] forever.- James Foreman J.P.
