Garret Miller D. Land near Nine Mile
River for the accomodation of the Blacks...... 300

The above Warrants to be left in the hands of the Secreatry Mr. Cogswell and not delivered until the above persons have Exeecuted their respective Releases in
such manner as may be prescribed by Government.
