I yesterday had an interview with Doctor Rob respectig the Sick, and of the [illegible] of their having a a Smaller Supply of fifth provisions, he ask me if I had conferd with thee on the Subject, I informd him I had, and that thou had wrote to the Governor a General and Lengthy Letter on the Necessary Subjects pertaing to the Concern of Black, among other things this was mentiond, I also inform him thou had Long ago mentiond Some of thou [Necessary] circumstances, but that it was my Oppinions that there was many Lurking Enemies to the Governors good intentions, and I had no doubt but thou was well aware of them, which made it a delicate matter with thee to [illegible] things with that weight thou Sees it Sometims Necessary not only for the furtherance [of?] the Settlement and Comfort of the Sick and inform but that [illegible] Governors Expectations in every respect may be answered [illegible] I believe from the above relation was fully [Sensable?] of thy unpleasent Situation and the [delicacy?] of
