Eastern [Capage?], July 29th-1834

Gentlemen

It is now 10 AM, and the Breeze has sprang up from South, and we intend to make Sail and get out, but in consequence of now nearly five Days finding our hay looks a little Short, and I have thought it most prudent to get four hundredweight of hay from Mr James McNab at 4/[hwt?] which I hope you will pay him,--------
