I Certify to whom it may Concern that John Stevens has given every assistance in his Power in the preservation of the Lives of the Crews and of the Property of the following wrecks on Sable Island for this year 1848. viz. The Fulton in February; the Bessy Dryden in June, the Lady Echo in September and the Belle Maria in October
