We the undersigned Three of Her Majesty's Justice's of the Peace for the County of Halifax, being called upon to arbitrate and decide on the amount of salvage to be paid to the Commissioners for managing the affairs of Sable Island by the Owners and Underwriters of the Brigantine "Isabel" stranded on the said Island, having attentively considered the Statements made by parties interested do award that the sum of twenty two pounds, one shilling and nine pence currency be paid to the commissioners aforesaid and that the residue of the proceeds of sales of the said Brigantines materials amounting as per statement annexed to forty four pounds, three shillings and eight pence be paid to the Owners or Underwriters of the said Brigantine "Isabel"
