We the Undersigned three of Her. Magestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Halifax.being Called upon to Arbitrate and determine the Amount of Salvage to be paid by the owners or Underwriters of the Cargo of the Ship "Undaunted" lately wrecked on Sable Island having attentively considered the Statements made by the parties interested to Award. that the Sum of One Hundred and Ninety one pounds, Seventeen Shillings and one penny 191..17..1 pounds Halifax Currency being one third of the Nett proceeds arising from The Sales of the said Cargo. be paid as Salvage to the Commissioners for Managing the affairs of the said Island and that the residue or Sum of Three Hundred and eighty three pounds fourteen shillings and three pence 383..14..3 being two thirds of Said Nett proceeds be paid to the owners or Underwriters of the cargo of the said Ship "Undaunted" as per statements annexed.
