Invitation from Lieutenant-Governor and Mrs. Richey to Sydenham and Fanny Howe
Matthew Henry Richey was Lieutenant-Governor of Nova Scotia, 1883-1888. Queen Victoria celebrated her Golden Jubilee in June 1887. The celebration include dancing at Government House.
