Report concerning the provision lodged in the store at Dartmouth for the refugee Negroes settling in Preston by order of His Excellency L. J. C. Sherbrooke from 2nd March to the 1st august 1816
In the Store at Dartmouth on the 2nd May1816 excepting a deficience in bread in bread Since Supplied from his Majestys Magazines}4914 rations of all kinds
Sent from the Magazines in Halifax in the month of May rations of all kinds, 37507
Total in the store in Dartmouth in May 42421 rations
Issues to the refugee Negroes from the 2nd May to the 1st August According to the weekly Reports herewith presented 40379 rations
Remaining in the Store the 1st August after the supply of the deficient Bread} 2042 rations of all kinds
