Admiral Digby Museum

In late 1891 the Digby Electric Company was established by H.A.P. Smith of Digby, and Carmen O’Dell of Annapolis. In May of 1905 a new engine was added to the existing system which doubled the output of the plant. A. D. Daley, shown in this photo, was Superintendent of the prestigious Digby Electric Company and Major John Daley was Proprietor.
