DesBrisay Museum, Bridgewater

Robert Whitman (1822-1894) purchased the grist mill from Joseph and Jerusha Whitman in 1883 for $360.00 and operated it until 1914. Farm implements were made upstairs and feed from oats was sold directly from the mill downstairs.
