The Bridgewater Tennis Club was organized in 1890 with a membership of several prominent businessmen. Until 1910 grass courts were used followed by clay courts. Located at the Kinsmen’s Field off Maple Street, Bridgewater, there are three courts, two with lights for nighttime play .
