Admiral Digby Museum

Surrounded by the Annapolis Basin and Bay of Fundy, Digby has always relied on fish as a source of food, medicine, and income. Primary sources dated as early as the first European settlers claim fishing was crucial to survival.

In this 1910 photo, thousands of fish were placed on drying racks.
