38: This building used to stand on the left or south corner of Water St. Burned some years ago. Within recent years a modern building erected and now empty.

39: On the left is the old Anglican Church. Next to it a house built by Mr. Pearl Sulis - now changed and occupied by Dr. Mahaney. On the right are the Beckwith store and house. Nearly all these trees are gone now.

40: Queen St., Bridgetown - looking north. Only a few trees at this end left now.
