11: Horatio Manthorne house, now owned by Warren Stevens. Back of it is Bee's Cove. On Manthorne's Lane, 1st house.

12: Condon House (2nd housem Manthorne's Lane) now owned by Savannus Nowe. Dan Condon was a master Housewright, built some of the best houses in the Port at this period in company with Joseph Atkins.
