30: Margaret (MacVicar) Mortimer house. Present Owner: Chelsey Whynott. On the "Corner" facing Commercial St. Side shown is on Queen St. Demolished.

31: Former home of Capt. Foster Burke. Present Owner: M.A. Bowlby. A very old house - no one knows much about it... Probably built in the 50's or 60's in the hey day of Port prosperity.
