73: John Ross store on corner of Granville East and Washington Sts. Opposite Methodist Church on Washington. House to the left is the Will Chesley house, built in this century. This store was torn down some years ago.

74: Granville St. East looking west with the Ansley house on left and the old Washington Chesley store on right. Taken from in front of the Baptist Church on right.

75: The John Easson house on the corner of Freeman and Granville Sts. Very early house made over. In between this house and the Will Chesley house was the Ansley house, with pillars and an upstairs porch. The Anglican rectory now in its place.

76: Granville St. East looking east with the fence of the Freeman house on the right (now a hedge) No houses from there to the corner. (now 2 houses). Fence on left on Miner Tupper - O.T. Daniels' place.
