recommend their case to your Early consideration, and that you will write to the Magistrates in that District, to cause the indian lands to be measured and located to them, thereby to prevent any tresspasses on them. Also that they prevent, by due course of Law, the destructive practices which destroy the fish, and at present [intercepts] their just uses to the people in general.
I recommend these Indian men to your favour, that they may obtain right & justice, and therein, the best encouragement to industry & civilization.
