     At a Council held at the Honourable L.t Governour John Doucett's house in his Majestys Garrison of Annapolis Royall on Fryday the 9thof April 1725

     Major Paul Mascarene Acquainted the Board that the Governor had Recommended severall papers to the Board for their perusall and Oppinions Viz.t

     A memorial of ffrancis Bastarach relating to a piece of Ground Rented of Antoine Haber A [129] A
Severall Memorials laid before the Board.

     Memorial of Prudane Robichau Junior Relating to a Pice of Ground bought of the Petipas

     A memorial of Daniel Quintons & John Dysons Relating to a Debt of three pounds Due to them by One Lapiere

     An Acco.t between W.m Shirreff and Prudane Robichau Senior Stated & formerly Audited by John Adams Esq M.r W.m Winniett and M.r Anthony Oliver

     An Acco.t between W.m Shirreff and Prudane Robichau Senior Stated & formerly Audited by John Adams Esq M.r W.m Winniett and M.r Anthony Oliver

     Which Said papers being Read the Board proceeded & having Called for Lapiere Mess.rs Quinton & Dyson

     The Major Asked Lapiere if' he owned the Debt due to the Said Quinton & Dyson, which he Acknowledging

     The Board gave their oppinions that the Prayer of the Two Memorialists, be granted and the Said Lapiere was Accordingly order'd to pay the Same

     Then Prudane Robicbau Senior who presented the Memo.1 of ffrancis Bastarach was Asked whether he the Said Bastarach & the other partys therein Concerned were present & he Replying in the Negative

     The Board Appointed Wednesday the 21.st Ins.t for their Appearance
