     Att a Council held at the Honourable Lieut Governor Armstrong House on Wednesday the 28 th June 1732

     The Secretary having Reported the difference Between mr Horlock, Hanshole and mr Wetherby, about theIr Respetive plotts of Ground, and the Surveyors Plan theref being laid before the Board their Dispute was taken into Consideration, and in order to Secure Some land Backwards to Mr Wetherby, The Governor proposed to Mr Horlock and Hanshole to Relinquish their old Boundarys, and that in liue of the quantity Ceded to Mr Wetherby Backwards he would Give them as much of the Waste adjoining Ground, as to make all their Boundarys run in a parallel, and that he and the Members of the Council would Go this Evening about five of the Clock and fix their Respective Limits, to which they Agreed
 
The Boundarys of Wetherbys land &c agreed to be Settled.

     Then was Read a Petition from one James Goussell agalnst John Prince Both of this River Inhabitants, In Relation to the Exchange of Some Ground In Which Said Gousell Complaining, That the land that the Said Prince had Given him in Exchange was what he found Belonged to himself at that time, & not to the Said Prince; and therefore prayed a New Division of their lands

     Orderd that their Difference be Refer'd to Some of the Deputys vizt andrew Manuell Joseph Bourgioug1 William Blanchar and Claud Girroir
 


     Then was order'd to be Read Mr Jennings Petition Which by the Minute of Council the 9 th August 1731 was order'd to be laid before them, and Mr Handfeild Being
