     At a Council held by Order of the Honourable Lieut. Governor of the Province at his Own house in His Majestys Garrison of Annapolis Royall on Thursday the 11 th November 1731 at 10 of the Clock A. M.

His Honour the Lt Governor of the Province Acquainted the Board that he had sent to the Merchts and Masters of the Vessells According to Yesterdays Minute and that the Quantity of' Grain on Board was only Eight hhds and one Bushll of Wheat and two hhds of Pease; And Desiring Advice;
 
Motion in relation to the scarcity of Grain


     The Board thereupon Considering the Smallness of the Quantity and the Poverty of these Inhabitants for whom it was Shipt And that Monsr Robichau was the Only Person Amongst them that could best spare what was for him, And were therefore of Opinion that His Honour might lodge Mr Robichaux's in the Stores till his Returne from Mines And then either to Borrow it or to buy it As Necessity Required

     Then His Hon.r Acquainted the Board that Nathaniel [247] Nathaniel Donnell Master of the Sloop Hopewell had presented him with a Petition Signifying that he had been formerly Seiz'd and had Given Bond to M.r James Glbson the Then Deputy Collector and Naval Officer for the sum of five hundred and Seventy pounds four Shillings to Stand Tryall at a Court of Admiralty to be held in this Province within the Space of Seven Months from the Date of the Obligation And the time being now Elapsed Prays his Bond may be orderd to be Deliverd Up and Cancell'd, he having by Giving Due Attendance fulfill'd the Conditions thereof And that he had Accordingly Protested
