said Petitions may not be Granted And that the People of Mines Should Appoint Deputees to Ansr or them in Relation to the affair of M.r Bourg as is Mentioned in Governor Philipps's Proclamation the 14 th May 1730 And Were also of Oppinion that M.r Bourg Should be orderd to give an Accot of what Rents as also an Explanation of 280 livers advanced for his Majestys service 1 He [237] He had Received, from Whom and for what Acoot As 1 also to give An Explanation of the 280 Livers said to be Advanced by him for his Majestys service

     At a Council held by Order of the Honourable Lawrence Armstrong the L.t Governor of the Province at his own house On Thursday the 8 th Octr 1731 at 9 o' clock A. M.

     His Honour the Lt Governor of the Province Acquainted the Board that the Major Paul Mascarene had presented him with a petition for a Plott of Ground Scituated W. B. N. + N from the ffort of Annapolis Royall Distance 371 Yards by 67 Perch Containing in the Whole Eight Acres and five Perch as per the Plan thereof Upon file lying Upon the N: N: E Side of the of the Road going up the Cape Bounded on the W B N Side by the Whitehouse ffeild and on the E C S. side by Ground belonging to Anthony Bellivo alias Blondine which said Petition being Read His Honour Desired the Advice and Oppinion of the Board
