M.r James Blin begg'd leaue to supply the Inhabitants of Seconecto with some Grain  which he had promist them last fall as he sayd
Resolued that M.r James Blin haue liberty to carry fifty hogsheads of wheat to Seconecto to supply the necessityes of the Inhabitants there.
Blin liberty for 50 hhds. of wheat.
